Descripción:  Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer) Product Ownership • Be key representative of the customer (market) to the development • Co-create with the markets Marketing and Technology teams a market product roadmap for eCommerce solutions (front end and back end), based on the markets business objectives and strategies. • Lead requirements gathering sessions, preparing and delivering client presentations and work products/prototypes, document complex business processes. • Create, prioritise and accept user stories; incorporate them into release planning with external developers • Create, execute, and maintain test cases for new and existing features to ensure they meet acceptance criteria • Submit, validate, and close Investigate end user defects and communicate with end users to determine validity of issues • In co-creating the product roadmap, ensure alignment between technology and business needs (from Franchisee and our client) alongside influencing the focus to a user-first, best in class, digital experience. • Manage development activities so that they deliver high quality products, on time, in scope and on • Undertake continuous review and management of 3rd party development activities to ensure processes and resources are in place to meet the market needs. Optimization • Identify where features or solutions from other markets can be adopted, and facilitate their review and ultimate • Work with Global, Regional and Market eCommerce Marketing teams and partners on CRO tests and deliver execution of successful tests into production. • Work with the global team, our markets and partners to identify new features or design which will drive increased adoption, conversation rates or new channels to drive digital sales. Governance and Process Ensure initiatives are implemented as efficiently as possible, and results are transparent and consistently communicated to leadership and all key stakeholders at the market and regional level. • We offer a 6-month project at a leading Retail eCommerce company|3+ years of business or functional analyst experience EDUCATION: Bachelor´s degree in Technology, Business Management, or equivalent practical experience EXPERIENCE: • 3 + years of experience managing developers • 3+ years of business or functional analyst experience in a consulting environment • Experience working in an Agile environment, preferable in retail • Experience in proactively identifying risks, and driving action to mitigate and resolve • Experience in serving as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely SKILLS: • Passionate self-motivator that thrives on results • Strong communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to both executives and business stakeholders in a digestible fashion • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation • Excellent organisational and analytical skills with significant experience in user-facing • Problem solver, used to working within constraints, intellectually curious • Demonstrated experience of using soft skills and relationship for influencing multiple stakeholders • Ability to measure, analyse and troubleshoot multi-faceted systems across both infrastructure and application platforms for optimal performance LANGUAGE: Spanish, Fluent English, Portuguese desired Our Client is a multinational company leader in the Retail eCommerce sector We offer a 6-month project with a great team at a great company
